A company "Pasvalio sūrinė" installed a new machine which automatically unloads cheese from submersible containers and machine to spray the fluid on the cheese. It was necessary to connect it to the packing plants in another room.
Our company built the following equipment: the device which forms one row of cheese from two rows, epoch conveyor and conveyor with cheese pushing mechanism. The line has joined together the cheese unloading device, sprayer and packaging machine.
Key requirements for the installation: a convenient and easy to clean construction, easy disassembly and assembly, control adaptivity. The device can be connected directly to the electricity network (the device works independently) or connected to other devices and managed from the outside.
