Comminuted biomass (sawdust, chips, crushed roots) are often stored in a large place in the open air. Biomass is generally poured in to mountain with a front loader. By pouring this way, a large tractor heavily compresses biofuels. Compressed moist biofuels start to heat, and often ignites. In addition, being loaded biofuels fall productivity because tractor has to waste time maneuvering on biofuel mountain and burns a lot of fuel, in addition to maneuvering on the high hill of biofuels is dangerous, because the tractor may tip over.

All of these problems can be solved with our biomass loader. It is movable and has a conveyor for biomass lifting. The conveyor is powered by an electric motor (conveyor height regulates from the tractor hydraulics). 90BHP tractor is able to pull this device. Biofuel into the device's bunker is loading with a front loader. The front loader is on the ground as our device, while it is loading with biomass. Loader no longer needs to climb on to hill of biomass. While loader bringing a new bucket of biomass, our device during that time transports the whole bunker to the top of biomass mountain.

  • max height of loading (hydraulically adjusted) - 12 m
  • min height of loading (hydraulically adjusted) - 4 m
  • max capacity - 200 m3/h
  • volume of a bunker - 10 m3
  • height of a bunker for the ground (for a front loader) - 2,2 m
  • power of input (3 electric motors)- electric, 3 phase, 15 kW
